I’m Emilia Erfving, a children’s book author and an illustrator from Vantaa.

I’ve created a children’s book series Kasa about a small heap of leaves, to which I’ve published five books already and there’s more on the way. Alongside my own books I love to work with different authors and publishing editors. It’s easy to cooperate with me, because I'm curious, enthusiastic and positive by nature. After committing into a project I'm always on schedule or even ahead of it.

I’m especially interested in designing books or single illustrations that revolve around animals, nature, folklore and history. I’m also interested in creating illustrations for research projects revolving around the said subjects.

Now and then there’s room in my calendar for new books, research projects and illustration assignments. I'd love to hear what you have in mind.
